Sadhana Forest practices gift economy. Our work is funded entirely by donations and grants. Your gift makes it possible for forests and communities to grow beautifully into the future.
While one time donations help us meet the need of the moment, monthly donations help us sustain our work and plan well ahead.
Plant a tree
Plant a food-bearing tree and nurture it until it matures and feeds a family
Life saving water
Provide a family and their trees with clean drinking water for a week.
Give a Training
Give a hands-on training session on land regeneration in a rural community.
Feed a family
Plant and maintain a variety of food bearing trees around a rural homestead, creating long-term food security for a family.
Grow in nature
Support 100 underprivileged children to visit Children’s Land for one month and to grow freely in nature.
Permaculture garden
Create and maintain a fenced permaculture garden in a community area providing food, training and hope for a malnourished community.
Mobile Reforestation Mission
Send our Mobile Reforestation Unit on a field trip for 3 weeks to plant trees in a remote community with no access to aid.
Lead a project
Provide for the expenses of one Sadhana Forest team leader, allowing one of our projects to be managed for a year.
Run a center
Provide for the operational costs of one of our rural centers for an entire year, restoring lands and building food security.
Mobile Reforestation Unit
Create a Mobile Reforestation Unit. We refurbish a bus or truck and go around in remote villages to do water conservation and tree planting.
A new Sadhana Forest
Build a new rural Sadhana Forest center in the Global South, set up and support operations for the first three years.
